WHAT'S THE PROCESS?

Look, we know planning a spectacular conference, assembly, meeting, or any event takes a lot of time and money. We also understand that success is measured by how much the audience learns, remembers, and enjoys the experience. Whether you need an opening or closing keynote experience, our goal is to make your job easier, make you look fantastic, and ensure that your event is a huge success!

1. GET IN TOUCH

Contact our office to discuss your engagement. We will be in touch with you shortly to look over the details and confirm Dr Lovatt’s availability for your specified date. During this process, we’ll help you determine if your event is a good “fit” for our services. We will tentatively hold your booking date while we are in communication and ironing out all the details.

2. BOOK YOUR DATE

To secure a date on Dr Lovatt’s calendar, a non-refundable 50% deposit of his fee is required. We will also send you our contract to review and sign. Everything is sent quickly and all contracts come with E-sign capabilities. Upon the agreement of the signed contract, our staff will schedule a pre-programme interview and consultation with Dr Lovatt.

3. CONSULTATION

Dr Lovatt will meet with you and others on your team over Zoom or Teams. This discussion will help him gain insight regarding your organization, event theme, meeting objectives and industry trends. Using this information, Dr Lovatt will prepare a presentation that is personalised to suit your event.

4. PAYMENT

Dr Lovatt’s remaining balance will be due no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event. Leading up to the event, we will also confirm the room setup, provide any marketing material for your program if needed, and continue to coordinate travel itinerary, AV, and other logistics.

5. SHOWTIME

If this is an over-seas engagement, Dr Lovatt will generally arrive the day before his presentation. This allows for early tech check on the day of the event and adequate time to go over any other elements of event production to ensure everything runs smoothly.
