What are the Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coaching sessions?
Group coaching sessions provide general wellbeing support to people as they progress through the Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing programme. The content of the group coaching sessions is based around the NHS’s Five Steps to Mental Wellbeing. In addition, the group coaching sessions include topics related to psychological skills, such as motivation, goal setting, and mindset.
Public Coaching Groups are generally held weekly during UK school/university term times on different days and at different times – to suite people’s time-zone and lifestyle. Public groups are held online and are open to everyone – which means groups of individuals can meet like-minded people in a supportive environment who are also focused on getting their wellbeing back by using movement and dance.
